Alyssa, Nicki & UrlacherThis weekend has been very sad at our house. On Saturday, we said goodbye to our doggy, Urlacher. Mom and Dad are so crazy busy and us kids keep them running that Urlacher wasn't getting the attention he greatly deserves! He has been a wonderful dog, companion, friend, and even dishwasher and we will greatly miss him. My dad has been pretty teary for the whole weekend. I think he'll miss Urlacher the most.
We found a really great home for Urlacher with Laurie (mom), Alyssa (12) and Nicki (9). We got a chance to meet them and see where Urlacher will live! They are nuts about Urlacher and love him so much already! There are 3 of them that will give him so much attention! Way more attention than he is used to. It was good fit and while Mom and Dad are sad, they know they did the right thing for Urlacher and he's in really good hands.
We will always have a special place in our hearts for our "acher". We love you Urlacher.
