On Saturday we got a chance to visit the Milwaukee County Zoo! We've been to the zoo in my hometown a couple of times but its nothing like the big zoo! We got to see giraffes, Elephants, jaguars, and we even got to see the biggest snake in the whole wide world, the Anaconda. We didn't get to close to the glass on that one! Did you know that African elephants have really big ears, wrinkles in their skin, two little finger like things at the edge of their trunk, and tusks? They even like to get a shower and get their feet cleaned! When the trainer said some magic words, the elephant lifted its foot and it got clean, then he got a treat! Then the trainer said some other magic words and the elephant lifted its other foot! It looked like he was getting circus peanuts for a treat! No wonder why he was a good listener! Of course, we took a ride on the train at the zoo! This was the best! Katelyn didn't like it very much but oh boy did I think it was cool! We had a very fun day!
